This notice explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on the public Faust website and on the demo request form. It applies only to the public marketing site and not to the protected customer workspace.

1. What We Use

At the date of this policy, the public landing pages do not use advertising or profiling cookies. The only cookie-based or similar tracking technologies we rely on are those necessary to operate and protect the website and its demo form.

2. Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to prevent spam, bots, and abusive automated submissions on the demo request form.

Purpose: website and form security, abuse prevention, and verification that a request is submitted by a human user.
Data involved: IP address, browser information, usage data, device/browser fingerprinting signals, and technical tracking identifiers.
Possible cookie or identifier: Cloudflare may set or read short-lived technical cookies or equivalent identifiers, including cf_clearance where needed. Our previous hosted policy indicated a duration of up to 30 minutes for that cookie.
Why no consent banner is used for this service: these technologies are used strictly to secure the form and are therefore treated as necessary for the requested service.

If you block necessary technical cookies or similar security technologies, the demo form may not work correctly.

3. Vercel Web Analytics

We also use Vercel Web Analytics on the public website. According to the provider, this service does not rely on cookies and reports anonymized or aggregated usage metrics. We mention it here for completeness because it measures website traffic, but it is not used for advertising or profiling.

4. How to Manage Preferences

Because the landing pages currently use only necessary cookie-based technologies, we do not provide a consent banner for advertising or profiling cookies.

You can still control cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling necessary cookies or similar technical identifiers may affect the availability of the demo form or website security features.
